Holiday ready

If you are having problems with the holiday season gift purchase plans I have the solution. Its not the cheapest one going on but its likely one of the most fun. Plus its great to be shipping even more profits off shore to Japan.

So the solution is one of those Wii gaming systems. You have to try one out so you know what its like. if you are not a gamer you will likely be surprised by how the game works. Plus the whole experience is aimed at the average consumer and not the hard core gamer.

The Wii system looks somewhat like what you would expect but some of the controllers are different. The system ships with two controllers. The main remote is shaped somewhat differently than what you would expect. But the second remote, the Wii nunchuk, is cool because of how it adds to some games.

The system includes some great games. The Wii bowling game forces you up off the couch so its great for some kids who usually just sit while they play. The boxing boxing game really delivers a work out and if you add some Wii boxing gloves you get a real ring experience. One special not is that you might find the system pretty addictive. If thats the case I would suggest you buy a Wii charger for your remote controller so you never have to be delayed in your gaming experience.

Internet speeder help

Plenty of internet users in North America have made the switch to high speed internet service. You likely had to decide between different services that provide the service over the phone lines or through your cable connection.

One thing is not different in both cases. You are likely not getting what you paid for. All the companies fill in the lines of their service contracts with tons of fine print. Use of the many free internet speed check websites that are out on the net. You likely are not getting anything close to your connection speed.

But that is not the real problem. The fact that both services under deliver is the problem. Not matter what service you select you hear horror stories from consumers. People sign up and than use an internet speed check service a few months later to find out they are getting hosed.

The solution is to make sure that you are not overpaying for whatever service you are actually receiving. Test and retest and see if you can downgrade to some sort of lighter service.
